Getting Started With The Law of Attraction

The way to get what you want through the Law of Attraction is learning to control your thought process. Negative thoughts produce as much energy as positive thoughts.

Thinking about your fears and saying “I don’t want that” is probably going to result in your fears being realized. Cosmic energy is literal. It doesn’t understand “I don’t want”.

It produces results based on energy. So if you’re producing more negative energy than positive, the Law of Attraction will bring you negative results.

Training your mind to concentrate on the positive instead of the negative is a necessary, but often difficult process. People are worriers.

It’s a survival thing designed to help us remember and avoid the dangers of life. But being aware of our fears and letting them control our thoughts are two different things. Turning the negative fears into positive thoughts is the key.

Your thoughts are yours. They can be your faithful servants or your masters. Which ever you allow them to be. You have the control, you make your choice. You determine which course your thoughts take.

Learning to control your thoughts can be done by learning to control your will. By mastering yourself. Phrases like “I am master of my self” can lead you in the right direction.

Repeating these or similar words, and believing them, will make them real. When confronted with fears and doubts, remembering to “master” your thoughts keeps the positive energy flowing. Leaving no room for the negative energy to manifest.

The Truth About Being Happy

Almost everybody has heard the hit single ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’ by Bobby McFerrin. This song has a very appealing way of expressing its message of being happy to everybody. Bobby Mcferiin’s simple message certainly made many people happy by telling them not to worry.

Living a happy, resilient and optimistic life is wonderful, and is also beneficial for your wellness. Being happy actually protects you from the tensions of life. Stress is linked to many of the top killers such as heart disease, cancer and stroke.

Among the better things ever stated is - ‘The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change’, and in our life we have the power to make the required changes if we want to. Whenever we find ourselves in an unbearable situation we can always discover comfort in the knowledge that it too will change.

Social networks or relationships are all-important to happiness. People are different, accept people for who or what they are, avoid clashes, constant arguments, and let go of all kinds of bitterness. If arguments seem unavoidable still try and make an effort to comprehend the situation and you might just work through it.

Happiness is actually found in everybody, increasing it is a way to make a life more extraordinary and also more healthy.

To be happy is comparitively effortless, just decide to be a happy person. Abraham Lincoln observed that most people, most of the time chose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull their mind-set was going to be. The choice is simple really, choose to be happy.

There are several ways by which you can do this.

Showing gratitude is an excellent attitude. We have so much to be thankful for. Thank the taxi driver for bringing you home safely, thank the cook for a wonderful dinner and thank the guy who cleans your windows. Also thank the mailman for bringing you your mail, thank the policeman for making your place safe and thank God for being alive.

News is stressful. Get less of it. Some people just can’t begin their day without their daily dose of news. Try and think about it, 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting the day with bad news does not seem to be a wise thing to do.

A spiritual association is also recommended. Belonging to a spiritual group with its singing, sacraments, chanting, prayers and meditations foster inner peace.

Manage your time. Time is priceless and too crucial to waste. Time management can be viewed as a list of rules that involves scheduling, setting goals, planning, producing lists of things to do and prioritizing. These are the essential fundamentals of time management that should be understood to develop an efficient personal time management skill. These essential skills can be fine tuned more to include the finer points of each skill that can give you that extra reserve to make the results you desire.

Laugh and laugh warmly daily. Heard a funny joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they say -’Laughter is the best medicine’.

Express your feelings, affections, friendship and passion to others around you. They will more than likely reciprocate your actions. Make an effort to not keep pent up anger or frustrations, this is not good for your health. Rather find ways of expressing them in a way that will not cause more injury or hurt to anyone.

Working hard brings tremendous personal satisfaction. It gives a sensation of being competent in finishing our tasks. Accomplishments are necessary for all of us, they afford us a sense of value. Work on affairs that you feel are worthy of your time.

Learning is a joyful exercise. Try and learn something new everyday. Learning also makes us extend and widen our horizons. And could also give us more opportunities in the future.

Run, jog, walk and do other things that your body was made for. Experience life!

Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places.

These are the few simple things you can do day-to-day to be happy.

And always think of the quote from Abraham Lincoln, when he says that, “Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.”

How to Manifest Anything You Want Through The Science of Being

Have you heard the news? Many educated people, philosophers, Sociologist, and even scientists are now telling us that we ourselves have the power to create anything we want through this thing called ‘manifesting.’ In the new field of quantum physics it has been suggested that we human beings are truly like mini-gods, with untold powers to have our desires come true in concrete reality.

Now I know that making such a brazen statement might make some devout Christians concerned. But if you think of your bible, you will remember a little quote that says we are “made in the image and likeness of God.” So if this is true, why couldn’t we have some power to create, just like God. Although our powers would seem to be much less.

As one thinks of this, one has to wonder if we are finally now hitting on some of the meaning of this quote, which has been much debated for over two thousand years.

Perhaps we are like God, in that we have the power to create our world and the worlds around us. Now no-one knows exactly how far we can take this power- but we are clearly learning that we have some power. For instance, think of The Law of Attraction, Eckart Tolle, Oprah and her myriad guests on the subject, and so on. And what many of these things are saying is that ‘how to manifest anything you want’ is largely about ‘being’ the type of person who has good things show up.

And if you look carefully, this is not such a strange idea. Who could argue, for instance that our mood and outlook colors our world. Who would deny that hidden agendas, subconscious wishes, and how we go around in life makes a difference in who is attracted to us and what they do with us.

So then if we believe this, we have to ask ourselves where did our way of being, our outlook, our thought process come from? How come, for instance, we are the way we are, and not some other way we could be? Did it all just happen by accident? Was it fate? Was it just my gene’s? In short, exactly how do our very identities get created?

Well hold on to your hats folks, because the newest word on the streets is that WE OURSELVES created our identities. That’s right, each one of us created our very own ways of being. And if this is true, logic would follow that we should be able to uncreate ourselves too. And then recreate our selves some other way as we prefer. And this in fact is what many people on the planet are doing. And they’re doing it with great success- attracting whatever they want by changing their very way of being. And in order to do this they are utilizing the something called Ontology, or The Science of Being.

I will tell you more about the intriguing Science of Being and how to manifest anything you want in future articles. I am sure you will be amazed at what is possible.
