The Power of Intention

The process of setting intentions is a powerful way to design and create your life in exact accord with your desires. In the process of identifying your desires and then focusing the Energy of your thoughts in that direction, you are applying the Law of Attraction to attract what you do want rather than what you don’t want. As you continue to make strong intentions for what you would like to experience, you will realize that you are the Master Creator of your own life.
A powerful way to wake up each morning is by setting positive intentions for the day. In my opinion, the very most important intention, in fact, the only essential intention is to Feel Good. Feeling good aligns you with Source Energy, keeps the Well-Being flowing, and allows in what you have been asking for.
Intentions to Begin Your Day:
- Today I will feel good (always number one).
- Today I will feel exhilarated and energized throughout my day.
- Today I will find things to appreciate.
- Today I will choose thoughts and experiences that please me.
- Today I will rejoice in the awareness that I can be and do and have whatever I desire.
- Today I will be a magnet for amazing prosperity, vibrant good health and fulfilling relationships.
- Today I will maintain a strong connection to Source Energy.
- Today I will uplift others.
- Today I will open, relax, breathe and draw in a continuous stream of Well-Being.
- Today I will relax and have fun.
If I have an appointment, a lunch date, or a project to complete, I set my intention in detail for those specific activities to go smoothly and joyfully for myself and everyone I will interact with.
Intentions to End Your Day:
- I will enjoy peaceful, relaxing sleep.
- I will rest well and refresh my body and mind.
- I will wake up rejuvenated, ready for another glorious day.
Intentions powerfully focus the Energy which will magnetize into your life all that you desire. Think big – knowing that there is nothing you cannot be or do or have – then direct your life with the power of intention. And, I suggest that you always: Make it your dominant intention to Feel Good.
