the Bible has dozens of fulfilled prophecies, all 100 percent accurate. the men with Jesus Christ, went to their deaths, professing Jesus Christ was God. They died because they knew he was Messiah. The Kings did not want them to continue talking, they wanted to tell the world, THEY were gods. and be worshiped.listen to Ravi Zacharais, on youtube, see if he can help with your questions…contact me back

Well Ivet: when you see a grand piano sitting in a room, you know somebody made it.When you see a beautiful violin, you know somebody made that. when you see humans with eyes that work, with hearts and minds that have intricate nerves that fuction together, you can know someone made us.We are the creation, and there is a Creator. Go watch the movie by Ben Stein,”Expelled”, then try to argue from knowledge.”Out of Nothing, Nothing Comes”, we did NOT come out of nothing, its a theory for morons

There is no more proof of god than there is proof of elves or unicorns.

ivet: the only true prophets, will have had 100 percent accuracy to all their prophecys. Because God knows all and does not give false prophecies. If a ‘prophet’ has given a failed prophecy, he is not from God. As far as how old Earth is: “Ulrich” Tolle, gave a prophecy of earths age in his book, that differs from hundreds of others. So take your hew age diversion, up with HIM! When I get to Heaven, I’ll ask the Lord, “how old was the old earth?”, He WILL KNOW,and tell me.

There have been prophets long before christianity and those prophets believed in other stupid gods. If the Bible were true it adds up to the world being 6,ooo years old. Stories like the virgin birth have been passed through many religions…Seriously get real…Adom and Eve, worldwide flood, its all literature and fiction. For many years people have been waiting for the antichrist so don’t expect him to come in your lifetime.

have you ever seen the youtube videos of Ravi Zacharais? the list of prophecies fullfilled, given in the Old Testament and fulfilled in the New, are just one reason, the Bible is true. The wisdom , the world needs , is in Scripture, but the world wants themselves as christ, and the false teachers to tell them its true. the false teachers and cults will become more prevelant, as the earth spins toward the end of days…..”The time comes, it is quite clear, The
    Antichrist is very near.”:S.Brant

send these fake flim flam authors and teachers of conjerers scams and see if they have a receptive audience at a childrens hospital. do a study. have 100 moms ‘wish and think’ their child well, have ANOTHER 100, get medicines, then BLAME the mothers of the “wishers” that they were not vibrating properly, or keeping the thoughts aligned and positive, it is a fake, fake, scam and everyone re-writes these books every 20 years are the ONLY people who get “ANYTHING” are their scam authors & lectures.

empower themselves by articulating what they have learned into solid belief system. Many will cry Bull S**T while others will and have built empires with this context expanding information.

I appriciate your incite on this. It’s just plain arogance when people think that their understanding of everything is the be all end all. Actually the “Secret” is a watered down surface understanding of a 24 part study course writen in 1909 by Charles Hannel called the “Master Key System” and is what also inspired Napoleon Hill to write “Think and Grow Rich”. Concepts like the “MKS” and the Secret have intangable value, therefore the ignorant masses will dismiss it and the few will use it to

i see what you’re getting at. to put it into my terms, it’s a question of evidentiary fact, vs assumed fact. now all yall gonna say, there’s no such thing as assumed fact. yes there is, when you sit in a chair you assume it will hold you, when you flip on the lights you assume they will come on. most of you can’t build chairs or lightbulbs. so all the miracle stories are assumed facts, the stuff really happened to them. and one can’t deny it. if one only believes in evidence, one is dumb :(

you read my mind. this guy is sitting on national t.v. as being an expert and counterpoint to the secret. i guarantee he wakes up everyday and says to the mirror “I will get that pulitzer, i will get that pulitzer, i will get that pulitzer” then comes to the interview and says “oh all that is hogwash you can’t wish yourself successful”

  15. Anonymous on October 5th, 2008

yes you can. there are miracles in hospitals every day. just because YOU say it’s not reality doesn’t mean it’s actually not happening. when you go through hospital records of 100 hospitals across america, get back with me on your above statement. The words miracle, faith, belief… are all english words that were invented because someone couldn’t just explain an event. if miracles didn’t happen we wouldn’t have the word.

  16. Anonymous on October 5th, 2008

    “an expanded view of reality?”

That doesn’t change the fact you can’t WISH things better, no matter how hard you try.

  17. Anonymous on October 5th, 2008

This also comes down to content vs. context. The skeptic is coming from a view point that is dictated by content. In other words his views are limited by what he has learned and will only accept to fill his understanding of reality with more content. The guy that defends the law of attraction is coming from a perspective of someone who has an expanded context(view of reality). Like someone that goes to school and becomes an employee, they seek content. The Bill Gates of the world seek context.

for people who say, I’ve known this, this isn’t new” Well no.. you actually haven’t. Not many people knew about hot to change your thoughts and feelings. Excuse me, but the secret does not elaborate on the FEELINGS. Very few people understand that, it is about how you FEEL and VIBRATE> NOT HOW YOU VISUALIZE.
